WHAT TO EXPECT
Based in Harrogate and Northallerton, I work with adults, offering time-limited and open-ended therapy, both online and in-person.
Initial consultation
This will allow you space to talk and for me to listen. I can understand what you hope to get from therapy, and we can think together about how I may be able to help.
Open-ended therapy
Open-ended therapy allows time to explore how you interact with the world and identify hidden patterns and motivations. Allowing you to gain insight into your inner world can make lasting changes in your life.
Time-limited therapy
Time-limited therapy is focused on a specific issue or concern within a defined timeframe. Perhaps you are going through a change, in a difficult relationship or experiencing loss.
Appointments and Fees
Your sessions would take place at the same time each week and last for 50 minutes.
Fees vary depending on time and location. Average fees are around £60 for Northallerton and £75 for Harrogate, but please do get in touch to discuss.
I offer some low-cost sessions for online only.
I accept Aviva and AXA Health insurance.
