As a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist I offer a non-judgemental and confidential space where you will be listened to.
Over the years I have worked with people with a wide range of emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, generational trauma, pregnancy, parenthood worries, work challenges and identity struggles.

Working with adults, I offer weekly sessions both online and in person.
I offer a free 10-minute telephone consultation to help you determine whether therapy would be helpful.
The average fee per session is around £60 in Northallerton and £75 in Harrogate; however, fees are set individually, please get in touch to discuss.
