Harrogate
The Harlow, 1 Cardale Park, Harrogate, HG3 1FX
From the centre of Harrogate, take Otley Road out towards Beckwithshaw, passing the Pine Marten on your left, and taking a left at the traffic lights, into Beckwith Head Road. We are at the next left turn after Harrogate police station.
The Harlow is located at the far end of the main building, where we have our private entrance.
There’s plenty of free parking

Northallerton
The Wellness Centre, 279 High Street, Northallerton DL7 8DW
The Wellness Centre is centrally located just off Northallerton High Street, behind ‘All Saints’ Church’. Northallerton town centre has ample car parking, and there is one hour free (disk) parking available directly outside the clinic and two-hour (£1.60 for two hours meter) parking opposite the green.
There is free and unlimited parking on the Sainsbury’s side of the little Quaker Lane roundabout, and long and short stay paid parking is available in the Applegarth car park (situated off the roundabout at the north end of the main high street).
